Be careful, they have errr variable buoyancy. Some sink, some waft and some float...

I've used these a lot while carping in the winter months. Had some good results using them but as stated some of them do float, which didnt bother me as bait throughout the water column was an added...

Jem , do you reckon they would anygood for making into a paste . Would they take on a liquid to help them sink or would they break down ?

Not sure about making into a paste as never really thought about it. Breakdown rate on them is quite slow more so in colder water temps so i would imagine you could get them to take a liquid on board....

was thinking of a "safe" liquid so to speak , something like CSL (not the furniture place) or minamino maybe . Thinking it might help with the bouyancy for use in flowing water too
